Unlike the other times, this session has been quite organised and had a routine and 'program' of what we were going to train. Hopefully all the others will have a similar layout and will be more organised and persistent, so maybe we get good results off the whole thing and progress further on.

In order:

~Stretching (about 20mins)
~Warm up: 1x Jog around the whole university, with some variations in the run similar to soccer warm ups. (Almost died without breath, need to cut smoking off completely and work more on breath/cardio)
~
Stretching (light, about 5mins)
~
50 catleaps & freeze (approx 4secs. each, no particular landing focus)
~
Stretching (very light & rested. 10mins)
~
50 wallclimbs + 50 landings (about 40 wallclimbs: wall kick and pull up with rail, the rest were performed on a normal ledged wall with varied height)

After that, Aidan(redhead) and Adrian arrived, and we mostly chilled out. I practised some precisions (one of which I almost fell, need to focus more) on different type of lenghts and form (rocks & smooth ledges mostly).

We also tried to understand how the quadripedal exercise works, but by then we were long exhausted.
